1. Service Overview
Burhan-ul-Quran offers online classes for:
Quran Learning (Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz)
Hadith & Islamic Studies
Religious Guidance & Moral Teachings
Our courses are taught by qualified instructors, and classes are conducted via online platforms.
2. Free Trial Class
New students can request a free trial class before purchasing a package.
The trial class allows you to assess our teaching methods and services.
After the trial, you can choose a paid subscription plan.
3. Course Enrollment & Payment
Students must register and select a suitable course package.
All course fees must be paid in advance.
Payments are non-refundable, even if you discontinue the classes.
In case of technical issues from our side, we may compensate with additional classes.
4. Scheduling & Class Timings
Classes are scheduled as per student and teacher availability.
Any changes in class timings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled.
If the teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a substitute or reschedule the class.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
Attend classes on time.
Maintain a respectful attitude towards instructors.
Ensure a stable internet connection and proper learning environment.
Avoid unauthorized sharing of course materials.
6. Code of Conduct
Burhan-ul-Quran maintains a respectful learning environment. Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or disruption may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund.
7. Technical Requirements
Students must have a device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with an internet connection.
We recommend using a headset for better audio quality.
Burhan-ul-Quran is not responsible for connectivity issues on the student’s side.
8. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Course subscriptions must be renewed before expiration to continue learning.
If you wish to discontinue, inform us before the next billing cycle.
Non-payment of fees will result in automatic suspension of services.
9. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes or discontinuation by the student.
In case of a long-term technical issue from our side, we may offer compensation in the form of extra classes.
10. Data Privacy & Advertisement Policy
We collect student information for service improvement and administrative purposes.
Your data may be used for retargeting advertisements to keep you informed about our services.
We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
11. Service Modifications & Updates
Burhan-ul-Quran reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructor availability, or course structure as needed.
Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
